Switch a monthly plan to yearly from Manage Subscription

Base44 users can now switch a monthly plan to yearly directly from Manage Subscription, without cancelling first.
Base44's plan picker now offers a direct route from a monthly plan to yearly billing. Selecting your current monthly plan on the Yearly tab opens Manage Subscription, where an Upgrade to Yearly button switches the subscription over in place.
