See overdue payment status on your dashboard

The warning used to wait until credits ran out too; now it shows as soon as a payment is overdue, credits or not.
If a Base44 workspace has an overdue payment, the compose box on its home dashboard now shows that status right away, even while credits remain. Previously, the warning only appeared once credits had also run out, according to the changelog.
