Resolve pull request conflicts on an imported app

On imported GitHub apps, Base44's AI chat now flags pull request conflicts and offers to help resolve them.
Base44 now flags merge conflicts on imported GitHub apps directly in the AI chat. If a pull request conflicts with the branch it is merging into, the chat notes this in its pull request note and offers to work through the conflict with you.
