Require workspace API keys instead of personal ones

Base44 lets Enterprise admins block personal API keys workspace-wide and shows who is still using them.
Admins and owners on Base44's Enterprise plan can now require that a workspace's apps and data use only workspace service keys and app-user authentication, blocking personal API keys. Business workspaces can already set up workspace keys, but making them mandatory is an Enterprise-only control.
To help with the switch, workspace Authentication settings now show personal API key usage, including request counts and how many people are using them.
