Redirect rules can point to any external URL

Base44's custom-domain redirect rules can now target external URLs, not just internal paths.
Redirect rules for a custom domain on Base44 can now point to a full external URL instead of only an internal path. That means something like /ads.txt can redirect to a feed hosted elsewhere. The change is described in the August 1 changelog.
