Plan mode is a conversation now
Plan mode drops its fixed question cards for a back-and-forth chat that tracks four plan sections as they fill in.
Base44's plan mode no longer walks users through a fixed set of question cards. It now works as a conversation: the AI reacts to what a person says, asks about what's genuinely missing, and suggests things they haven't thought of. Most questions arrive as plain text, so users can answer partly, skip one, or steer the conversation elsewhere; some still come as a card of options when the answer is a concrete choice. Users don't have to wait for a question either, since sending a message while one is on screen gets folded into the AI's next response.
Beside the conversation, a plan progress panel tracks four sections, checking each off once there's enough to write it: intent and goal, audience and roles, core flows, and design.
