Give access to a private app at sign-in

Base44 now lets Enterprise admins and owners grant access to a private app automatically on SSO sign-in, so anyone who authenticates through the workspace's identity provider gets in without waiting for an invite.
The setting is off by default. Admins set a workspace-level default, then override it on any individual app with on, off, or inherit, so some apps can stay invite-only while others open up. It only works on apps set to Private, and the workspace needs SSO configured.
