Design systems now apply to captured and imported apps

Website captures and Figma imports can now be rebuilt to match a Base44 workspace design system once they finish building.
Base44's design system feature, which stores a workspace's colors, fonts, logo, and components for reuse across apps, now works on apps that didn't start in Base44's own builder. Once an app captured from a website or imported from Figma has finished building, a workspace design system can be attached to it. Doing so rebuilds the app's theme and every page to match the design system, rather than recoloring the app's existing styling.
