Delete a data table from its card

A table's card menu in the Data tab can now delete the whole table, and lists any dependent tables blocking it.
The More actions menu on a table's card in the Base44 Data tab now includes a Delete entire table option, alongside the existing view, export, schema, backup and restore, recently deleted, and delete-all-records actions. If another table still depends on the one being removed, the message names every table standing in the way.
