Control workspace-wide app sharing

Business and Enterprise workspace owners and admins can set whether apps are open to the whole workspace and who can invite outsiders.
Workspace owners and admins on Base44 can now decide whether app owners may share apps with the whole workspace. When sharing is allowed, anyone in the workspace can join a shared app without an invite. The change was listed in the product changelog.
What the setting covers
The control applies to both builder apps and Base Code apps. The same Collaboration settings also control who can invite people from outside the workspace.
Availability
The setting is available on the Business and Enterprise plans.
