Control which channels your apps can use

By Steven Van ·

Enterprise admins can now allow or block WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, iMessage, Slack, and email for every app and agent in the workspace.

Admins and owners on Base44's Enterprise plan can now set a Governance policy controlling which communication channels their workspace's apps and agents are allowed to use, in both directions. The policy covers WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, iMessage, Slack, and email.

  • Set a channel to allowed or blocked once, and every app and agent in the workspace follows it.
  • Grant per-app exceptions to allow a specific app to use a blocked channel, with a reason recorded.
  • The policy is enforced on Base44's servers, so an agent cannot be talked into bypassing it.
