Cleaner CSV imports for empty values and lists

Base44's CSV import now parses list fields as JSON or comma-separated text and surfaces import errors with the real record count.
CSV imports in Base44 now handle list fields written either as JSON or as a comma-separated string. The Data tab also reports import errors and shows the actual record count after an import, rather than a figure that didn't reflect what happened.
The change is part of a batch of data and media fixes released on 6 August 2026.
