The free, MIT-licensed ASCII Library now holds 734 animated pieces, including a new set of hand-built landmarks from around the world.
ASCII Magic maker Kailash added 100 new pieces to the ASCII Library on October 27: famous places from around the world, hand-built and animated. That brings the library to 734 pieces, up from 634 at launch.
The library page now lists a Cities of the World category of landmarks, alongside landscapes, UI, charts, diagrams, 3D shapes and mascots. Any piece can be embedded with one tag or played in your terminal, and the page also offers GIF, video and wallpaper exports.
The ASCII Library is free and MIT licensed, with 24 categories.
