By Steven Van ·

The all-cash deal values Airtable, now at $480 million ARR, at about $2.25 billion including net cash, and is expected to close later in 2026.

Airtable has agreed to be acquired by Bending Spoons in an all-cash deal, according to the announcement. The transaction values Airtable at an enterprise value of $1.285 billion, or roughly $2.25 billion in equity value once Airtable's net cash is included.

Airtable's annual recurring revenue reached about $480 million as of June 2026, up more than 20% year over year, and the company now counts more than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, among its users. It's Bending Spoons' first acquisition since its Nasdaq listing on 1 July 2026, following its earlier purchases of AOL in January and Eventbrite in March. Bending Spoons CEO Luca Ferrari said the company plans to keep investing in Airtable's core strength of bringing teams and workflows together in one workspace, while Airtable co-founder and CEO Howie Liu said the deal gives Airtable the resources to build what he called the AI-native platform of the future.

The deal is subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions, and is expected to close later in 2026. Until then, the two companies will continue to operate independently.
