Photoshop 27.10 adds a Light adjustment layer for non-destructive control over exposure, contrast, highlights and shadows, without permanently altering the original image.
- The Firefly-powered AI Assisted editor (Beta) brings Prompt to Edit, for making changes with natural-language instructions, and Markup, for guiding AI edits with visual annotations. Masks and selections can now constrain where generative edits apply.
- Dynamic Text on shapes and paths lets text reflow and resize automatically as the shape or path changes.
- Adobe Stock assets can be browsed and imported directly inside Photoshop.
- The Save As and Save a Copy dialogs now let users customise which file formats appear.
The update also fixes incorrect alpha blending at different zoom levels when Blend RGB Colors Using Gamma 1.00 is enabled, the Export As window appearing behind Photoshop and not retaining its size between sessions, and alt-clicking an adjustment not remembering last-used settings like Levels.
