Otter launches Work Mode and Live Assist

Otter.ai has added Work Mode for meeting briefings and follow-ups, plus Live Assist for coaching during calls.

Work Mode briefs you before a meeting and drafts the follow-up afterwards. It's available to paid users.

Live Assist works during Zoom, Teams and Google Meet calls. It's rolling out to enterprise plans first, with other paid plans following over the next few weeks.
