WhatsApp Appointment Booking with Calendly and AI

The worked example uses a fictional bicycle workshop. It covers adding business knowledge, setting up the Calendly event, connecting tools and testing in AI Preview before WhatsApp. The recipe keeps default tool activation off and enables appointment creation for the booking test; cancellation is outside its scope.

Business deployment needs a Quickchat commercial plan and AI credits, Calendly Standard or above for booking, and access to the relevant Meta business account and WhatsApp Business Platform number. Preview replies and Simulation Testing also use credits. The downloadable setup kit contains editable files, not a one-click import.
