More ways to run and share Loops

Linear Loops can now start automatically from Slack and GitHub events. Linear's examples include answering product questions in a Slack channel and drafting a QA plan when a pull request gets a “ready for testing” label.

You can also share a loop as a workspace template. Open its menu and select Save as template; it'll appear alongside Linear's built-in templates when someone creates a loop.

Each loop now has a reasoning setting. Auto follows the workspace default, while Low, Medium and High let you choose how much reasoning a task uses.
