What's New in Affinity: Blend Tool, Scripting and Over 60 Updates

Affinity has added a Blend Tool and in-app scripting. You can blend shape, color, opacity, size and position between objects while keeping the result editable, or write, run and debug scripts and save them to a Scripts Library.

The update also expands RAW editing and adds InDesign (.INDD) and Microsoft Publisher (.PUB) import.

Most of the release is free, including the core photo, vector and layout tools. Canva AI Studio additions, including Generative Upscale, Layer to 3D and Scene Decomposition, require a Canva premium plan.
