Create WhatsApp marketing automations in Shopify Messaging

Shopify Messaging now supports WhatsApp marketing automations. You can start with templates for abandoned browse, abandoned cart and abandoned checkout, or add WhatsApp to your own automations.

Set them up under Messaging > Automations in the Shopify admin. By default, messages go only to customers subscribed to marketing on that channel. Pricing varies by channel.
