## What is SubmitStorm?

SubmitStorm is a directory submission service that lists startups, SaaS products, AI tools and apps on web directories. Its terms say it is made for businesses, founders and professionals promoting their own product. A person makes each submission by hand, not a bot.

Customers fill in one brief with the product name, URL, tagline, a short and a long description, category, logo and a screenshot, either by hand or drafted from their website. The team then creates the directory accounts, fills in the forms and handles the confirmation emails. Directories come from a catalog of more than 1,350 sites, including AI tool, SaaS and startup, launch, general web and niche directories.

For each order, the strongest directories that match the product's category are chosen first, then general ones. Paid-only directories are skipped, because SubmitStorm does not pay for listings on a customer's behalf. An optional badge component in the site footer can add up to 50 more directories that list products for free only when their badge appears on the site.

A dashboard counts submissions as they are made. When all are done, a final report lists each listing with its link and a proof screenshot, available as Excel and CSV files. Pricing is a one-time payment with no subscription.

Growth costs $99 for 100 directories, Storm $179 for 150, Hurricane $299 for 200 and Typhoon $499 for 300. Packages also include extra backlinks from medium and high authority sites: 20 on Growth, 30 on Storm and 50 on Hurricane and Typhoon. All submissions are made within 10 days on Growth and Typhoon and 7 days on Storm and Hurricane, counted from when the brief is complete.

The terms say SubmitStorm does not promise approvals, link types or a specific Domain Rating, because directories decide on their own listings and results depend on the customer's site and on third parties. SubmitStorm is operated by GrubGuru, a company registered in British Columbia, Canada.

## FAQs

Common questions about SubmitStorm

Is SubmitStorm free?

No. SubmitStorm sells one-time packages with no subscription. Growth costs $99 for 100 directories, Storm $179 for 150, Hurricane $299 for 200 and Typhoon $499 for 300. With the badge component, each package can grow by up to 50 more directories.

How long does it take?

All submissions are made within 10 days on Growth, 7 days on Storm and Hurricane, and 10 days on Typhoon, counted from when the brief is complete. Storm, Hurricane and Typhoon orders go to the front of the queue, and Growth orders are queued in order of payment. After that, each directory reviews listings on its own schedule, which can take anywhere from minutes to a few weeks.

Does SubmitStorm guarantee backlinks or a higher Domain Rating?

No. Each directory decides whether to publish a listing and how it links to the site, so SubmitStorm does not promise approvals or dofollow links. Its terms also rule out promises of rankings, traffic or a specific Domain Rating, which depend on the customer's site and on third parties. What it commits to is making the submissions, and the final report shows each listing with its link and a proof screenshot.

What kinds of products are accepted?

SubmitStorm accepts startups, SaaS products, AI tools, mobile apps, developer tools, newsletters, agencies, e-commerce stores and most other legitimate online businesses. It does not accept adult content, gambling, or anything illegal or deceptive.

Can I get a refund?

A full refund is available on request before the first submission is made. Once submissions have started, SubmitStorm refunds the part of the package not yet delivered, in proportion to the price; for example, 40 of 100 directories submitted means 60% back. If it misses the delivery time, it refunds the undelivered part or finishes it with extra directories. A directory rejecting or delaying a listing is not grounds for a refund by itself.

Who makes SubmitStorm?

According to its terms of service, SubmitStorm is operated by GrubGuru, a company registered in British Columbia, Canada.
