# Webflow moves localization out of Site Settings

By Steven Van · 2026-06-26

The new panel groups locales, glossary, URL routing, and SEO, with translation tools said to be coming next.

Localization settings in [Webflow](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/webflow>) have moved out of Site Settings and into a dedicated **Localization** panel in the left toolbar. The panel splits the work into four sections: Locales, Glossary, URL Routing, and SEO. The top-bar locale switcher still routes to this panel, the same way it always has.

Webflow says translation capabilities are [coming next](<https://webflowmarketingmain.com/updates/webflow-localize-has-its-own-panel>), built on top of this panel.
