# Vercel Connect now accepts service submissions

Service owners can list their own connector after a Vercel review, with OAuth methods verified through a real token test before submission.

Service owners can now submit their own service to the Vercel Connect connectors directory, instead of waiting for [Vercel](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/vercel>) to build a connector for it. [The documentation for service providers](<https://vercel.com/docs/connect/providers>) sets out what a service needs to support.

Submitting takes four steps:

- Describe the service.

- Add one or more connection methods, using OAuth or an API key.

- Verify each OAuth method by requesting a real token through a test connector.

- Send the submission for review.

Vercel reviews each submission before publishing it to the directory. Submissions start from Submit a Service in the dashboard, which is also linked from a team's Connect Browse Connectors page. Submitting requires permission to create connectors in the team.

The documentation says a service needs to publish OAuth discovery documents, declare its grant types, accept the redirect URL https://connect.vercel.com/callback and return expires\_in in token responses. Supporting dynamic client registration or client ID metadata documents is recommended, since it lets Vercel Connect create the OAuth client for users.
