# Vercel Blob insights now available in Observability

By Steven Van · 2025-05-19

Vercel's Observability dashboard adds a Blob tab showing data transfer, downloads, cache activity, and API calls by region, IP, and user agent.

The [Vercel](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/vercel>) Observability dashboard now has a dedicated tab for Vercel Blob usage. At the team level it shows total data transfer, download volume, cache activity, and API operations, and it can be broken down further by user agent, edge region, and client IP.

The added visibility is meant to help teams spot usage patterns and inefficiencies in how their apps store and serve assets through Blob. See the [announcement](<https://vercel.com/changelog/vercel-blob-insights-now-available-in-observability>) for details.
