The rebuild, [announced]() at Vercel Ship 26 in New York, splits into three layers: core, client and server. - **Core** centralizes the glue code developers previously wrote themselves for the Shopify API, such as turning a MoneyV2 value into a formatted currency string. - **Client** now handles cart state, so adding a working cart, including discounts and cross-tab sync, is a single import instead of custom code. - **Server** gets documentation, templates and skills rather than new code, showing how to use existing full-stack frameworks with Shopify's API instead of writing custom bindings.
