# Vercel Agent Investigations now in Public Beta

By Steven Van · 2025-10-23

Pro and Enterprise teams with Observability Plus get 10 investigations included per billing cycle during the public beta.

[Vercel](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/vercel>) Agent's Investigation feature is now in public beta, letting the AI agent look into anomaly alerts and propose a root cause before a developer opens the logs. It's available to teams on the Pro or Enterprise plan with an Observability Plus subscription.

When an alert fires, Vercel Agent queries the surrounding logs and metrics, looks for patterns that explain the issue, checks for related errors, and summarizes what it found next to the alert details.

- Automatic investigations run only on Medium and High severity anomaly alerts; Low-severity alerts are not investigated automatically.

- Investigations can also be triggered manually from an alert's details page, including alerts that already fired.

- **Observability Plus** includes 10 investigations per billing cycle. Additional investigations bill at the underlying provider's token rate plus a $0.25-per-million-token Vercel fee.

Full details are in Vercel's [Investigation documentation](<https://vercel.com/docs/agent/investigation>).
