# Query data on external API requests in Vercel Observability

By Steven Van · 2025-09-24

Pro and Enterprise teams on Observability Plus can now query request counts and TTFB for external API calls like AI provider fetches.

Observability Plus's query builder now supports external API requests, so calls like fetch requests to an AI provider can be queried and charted alongside a site's other traffic. Custom queries can cover request counts or time to first byte, with TTFB broken down by average, min, max, p75, p90, p95, and p99, and results can be filtered or grouped by request hostname to isolate specific APIs.

The feature is available to Pro and Enterprise teams on **Observability Plus**, as part of [Vercel](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/vercel>)'s [Observability](<https://vercel.com/changelog/query-data-on-external-api-requests-in-vercel-observability>) query builder.
