# Password Protection is now priced per project on Pro

Password Protection now costs $20 per project per month on Pro, replacing the old team-wide charge.

[Vercel](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/vercel>) now lets Pro teams turn on Password Protection for a single project rather than buying it across the whole team. It costs **$20 per project per month** and requires visitors to enter a password before viewing that project's deployments.

To enable it, open Security in the project's sidebar, select Deployment Protection, and turn it on; disabling it stops future charges for that project. Existing Pro teams that had already bought the old team-level Advanced Deployment Protection add-on keep their current billing and functionality, but can contact support to switch to project-level pricing instead.
