# Manage Next.js Server Actions in the Vercel Firewall

By Steven Van · 2025-10-24

Custom Vercel Firewall rules can now target individual Next.js 15.5 Server Actions by name, on all plans.

The [Vercel](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/vercel>) Firewall now supports targeting Next.js Server Actions by name. Starting with Next.js 15.5, custom WAF rules can match a specific server action, such as app/auth/actions.ts#getUser, and apply limits like 100 requests per minute per IP address.

Server Action Name is available in the Firewall on all plans at no additional cost.
