# Introducing skills, the open agent skills ecosystem

Vercel's new CLI installs agent skill packages across tools like Claude Code, Cursor and Codex, alongside a skills.sh directory and leaderboard.

Vercel released **skills**, a CLI for installing and managing skill packages for agents, with npx skills add package. The company says skills has already been used to install packages on amp, antigravity, claude-code, clawdbot, codex, cursor, droid, gemini, gemini-cli, github-copilot, goose, kilo, kiro-cli, opencode, roo, trae, and windsurf.

Alongside the CLI, [Vercel also introduced](<https://vercel.com/changelog/introducing-skills-the-open-agent-skills-ecosystem>) skills.sh, a directory and leaderboard for skill packages. It can be used to discover skills, browse them by category and popularity, and track usage stats and installs across the ecosystem. To get started, run npx skills add vercel-labs/agent-skills and browse skills.sh.
