# Inspect feature flag history with Vercel CLI

Vercel CLI's new "flags versions" command lists every revision of a feature flag and can diff one against the last.

[Vercel](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/vercel>)'s CLI can now show the revision history behind a feature flag. Running vercel flags versions prints every saved revision for a flag, with each one's author, change message, timestamp, and which environments it changed.

- Filter to a single environment with --environment.

- Page through results with --limit and --cursor, or add --json for scripting.

- Compare a revision against the one before it with vercel flags versions diff --revision. The diff is semantic, surfacing field-level changes to targeting rules, rollout percentages, and conditions, with additions, removals, and modifications shown as colored +, -, and ~.
