# Edit Git settings for all projects in a repo

By Steven Van · 2026-06-02

Monorepo teams can set commit status, repository\_dispatch and other Git options for every project at once instead of repeating them per project.

[Vercel](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/vercel>) now lets monorepos configure Git settings across all of a repo's projects at once, rather than opening each project's settings individually. Options such as commit status and repository\_dispatch events previously had to be applied one project at a time to stay consistent; they can now be set in a single place from [project settings](<https://vercel.com/docs/project-configuration/git-settings>).
