# Bulk upgrade deprecated Node.js versions

By Steven Van · 2025-08-08

Vercel adds a one-click dashboard upgrade from Node.js 18 or earlier to Node.js 22 for team-owned projects.

Team owners and members can now upgrade all projects still running Node.js 18 or earlier to Node.js 22 with one click in the [Vercel](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/vercel>) Dashboard. The change updates the Node.js version in the project's settings; if a project also pins a version in package.json, that still needs updating by hand. Existing deployments are not affected, only new ones. The [upgrade tool](<https://vercel.com/changelog/bulk-upgrade-deprecated-node-js-versions>) is available from the dashboard now.
