# Anomaly alerts now available via email

Enterprise customers with Observability Plus can now get usage and error anomaly alerts by email, not just Slack or webhooks.

[Vercel](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/vercel>)'s anomaly alerts can now reach Enterprise customers with Observability Plus by email or in-app notification, in addition to the existing webhook, Slack, and dashboard options.

Two alert types are available: usage anomalies, which detect unusual spikes in key billable metrics, and error anomalies, which detect sudden increases in 5XX responses on a specific route or path. The feature is in [limited beta](<https://vercel.com/docs/alerts>) for Enterprise customers with Observability Plus.
