Durable, an AI business builder used by more than 3 million small businesses, has moved its entire stack onto [Vercel](), replacing the self-hosted infrastructure it used to run websites, CRMs and its multi-agent product. The company's AI features and agents now serve about 1.1 billion tokens a day, roughly 360 billion a year, and Durable says it can ship new production agents to customers within a single day. Durable's CPTO Osama Khan described the migration as a single decisive move: the team wrapped the old product in an iframe, pushed it to Vercel, then removed the self-hosted infrastructure before rewriting the codebase with the help of coding agents. Khan said the resulting infrastructure costs 3-4x less than self-hosting. Founder James Clift said the change gives every engineer, product manager and designer roughly 10x the output, with the company's six engineers running the platform without a dedicated DevOps team.
