# Synthesys Studio: 35 AI Models for Image, Video and Voice

Studio covers 18 image, 10 video and 7 voice models, shows credit prices before each run, and charges nothing for failed generations.

Synthesys Studio, a new tool inside the [Synthesys](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/synthesys>) app, [launched with 35 AI models](<https://synthesys.io/blog/synthesys-studio/>) for single images, clips and voiceovers. It splits into 18 image models, 10 video models and 7 voice models, and the user picks the model and sets every option. It sits beside the Video Agent, which builds a whole video from a brief, and shares its Files.

## Pricing before you generate

The price shows on the model chip, on every row of the model list and on every quality or resolution option. It updates when quality, resolution, length or image count changes. Credits come off only when the result lands in History, so a run that fails, runs too long or is refused by a safety filter shows "No credits charged". In a batch of images, only the images that arrive are charged. If the balance is too low, nothing starts, and Studio shows how many credits are missing and which models fit.

- GPT Image 2 costs 3, 13 and 44 credits per square image at Low, Medium and High.

- MiniMax H3 Max Turbo costs 25, 40 and 80 credits for a 5-second clip at 480p, 720p and 1080p.

- On some image models, shape changes the price: GPT Image 2 at Medium is 11 credits in 16:9 instead of 13.

A clip moves through Queued, Generating and Finishing. The tab can be closed, and the clip still lands in History and Files.

## How Studio is laid out

Studio is opened from the sidebar, where it is marked NEW. Image, Video and Voiceover tabs share one layout, and each tab keeps its own prompt. Input slots (references, frames or a voice) appear only when the chosen model can use them. The bottom bar holds size and length settings, the model chip with its live price, and Generate (⌘/Ctrl + Enter also works). The right pane has History and a three-step guide for each tool.

## Image models

The 18 image models come from 12 makers and are grouped as Fast & cheap, Balanced and Highest quality. FLUX.1 \[schnell\] is the cheapest at 1 credit for a 1K square. GPT Image 2 at Medium (13 credits) is the default. The vendor suggests Ideogram v4 for text inside images, and Nano Banana 2 or Pro when up to 14 reference images are needed. Prices were checked in the app on 30 September 2026. The Image tab also has 30 ready-made Looks in four families: Photography, 3D & render, Illustration and Graphic.

## Studio or Video Agent

Synthesys recommends the Video Agent when starting from a blank page, and Studio when the piece is already defined or a model needs testing before use in something bigger. In the vendor's recorded training lessons, eight single runs totalled 146 credits, and the credits charged matched the chip price whenever the app showed both.
