# Stitch designs now stream in and support in-place AI edits

Google's I/O update also adds motion, .fig/Netlify/Lovable/Bolt import-export, and codebase sync.

Google has rolled out five upgrades to [Stitch](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/stitch>) for I/O, plus a bonus feature, all live now.

- Designs now stream in as they generate, rather than appearing all at once.

- Projects can start from an existing design instead of only from a text prompt.

- In-place AI edits let you revise a design directly rather than regenerating it.

- The HTML-native canvas now supports motion.

- Import and export options expand to include .fig files, Netlify, Lovable, and Bolt.

- Bonus: you can import and sync a codebase with the design.
