# Release: Slack CLI v4.10.0

By Steven Van · 2026-10-13

Creating a local project now syncs its manifest from app settings, and sandbox lists show a type label for basic sandboxes.

Creating a local project with *slack create --app* now automatically syncs the manifest from app settings in [Slack](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/slack>) CLI v4.10.0.

## Sandbox list output

The *sandboxes list* command now displays *Type: basic* for basic sandboxes. Previously, the type label appeared only for partner sandboxes to distinguish them from developer sandboxes, and status and type were displayed in lowercase.

Both changes are covered in the [v4.10.0 release announcement](<https://docs.slack.dev/changelog/2026/10/13/slack-cli>).
