# Offer Royal Mail pickup points at checkout

UK merchants can enable Royal Mail pickup points in admin shipping settings, with customers seeing location, hours and price at checkout.

Royal Mail is now a pickup point provider in [Shopify](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/shopify>) for stores shipping across the UK, as [listed in the Shopify changelog](<https://changelog.shopify.com/posts/offer-royal-mail-pickup-points-at-checkout>).

## What customers see at checkout

Customers pick a pickup location from a map or a list. Each option shows its name, address, opening hours and price before they commit to it.

## Turning it on

- Go to Settings &gt; Shipping and delivery, then open Pickup points under Additional delivery methods.

- Choose a UK location and turn on **Ship to pickup points from this location**.

- Edit the rate to include Royal Mail and set what you want to charge.
