# Shopify launches a ChatGPT and Claude connector for merchants

Merchants can pull store insights, add products, and look up orders from a chat session instead of the Shopify admin.

Shopify has added a connector for ChatGPT and Claude that lets merchants manage their store from within a chat session. Through the connector, merchants can pull store insights, add products, and look up orders without switching to the [Shopify](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/shopify>) admin.
