By Steven Van · 2026-10-13

The updated Shopify app for iOS and Android launches faster, loads screens faster, and matches the recent Shopify admin design.

## Performance

The update speeds up app launch and individual screens, and makes transitions smoother.

## Design

The app now has a mobile-first look and feel. Its color, type and icons match the recent Shopify admin updates, so the mobile app and the admin look consistent.
