API MiniMax Hailuo 3.0 is now live on Runway Dev.

Runway's API platform, [Runway](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/runway>) Dev, now supports MiniMax's Hailuo 3.0 model. It generates video from text, image, or video, with support for keyframes plus reference images, videos, and audio.
