# Updated: Light Tunnel

The React Bits background now uses glowing fibres and comet-like pulses, steers with the cursor and needs no extra dependencies.

The [React Bits](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/resources/react-bits>) Light Tunnel background has been [redesigned](<https://reactbits.dev/backgrounds/light-tunnel>) with fine glowing fibres and comet-like pulses. It needs no extra dependencies.

## Cursor and click interaction

The cursor steers the tunnel. A click sends a ring of light down it.

## Light mode

In light mode the tunnel is drawn in ink.

## Installation

The component can be added with npx shadcn@latest add @react-bits/LightTunnel-TS-TW. The page offers JavaScript or TypeScript variants, with plain CSS or Tailwind.
