# Updated: Image Trail

Image Trail in React Bits swaps its eight fixed variants for one adjustable trail, with four presets that recreate the favourite looks.

The [React Bits](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/resources/react-bits>) Image Trail component has been [reworked](<https://reactbits.dev/animations/image-trail>): the eight fixed variants are now a single trail with adjustable settings.

## What can be tuned

The controls cover size, timing, zoom, flash, drift, tilt, rotation and a stacking pile.

## Presets

Four presets recreate the favourite looks from the earlier variants.

## Install

The component is added with the shadcn CLI, for example npx shadcn@latest add @react-bits/ImageTrail-TS-TW for the TypeScript and Tailwind version. JavaScript and plain CSS versions are also offered.
