# OpenArt Director’s Studio mode links shots into connected scenes

By Steven Van · 2026-10-22

Studio mode makes each shot pick up where the last one ended, keeping a character’s movement, outfits and props consistent across camera angles.

[OpenArt](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/openart>) introduced Studio mode in OpenArt Director on October 22. It is built for connected scenes, where each shot picks up exactly where the last one left off.

Studio mode follows a character’s movement across different camera angles. Outfits and objects carry over from shot to shot, so the character does not change clothes or lose props between cuts, which is a common problem with AI video.

It also gives scenes time for dialogue and actions to play out, rather than squeezing everything into a single short clip. That makes it a better fit for short films and story-driven ads than generating shots one at a time.

OpenArt did not list credit costs for Studio mode.
