# OpenArt characters can now speak with a chosen voice

By Steven Van · 2026-05-27

Voices can be cloned, generated from text, or picked from a library, then reused across every workflow.

OpenArt now lets characters carry a voice as well as a look. [OpenArt](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/openart>) has [introduced Characters with Voices](<https://x.com/i/status/2059398897404190841>), so a voice can be cloned, generated from a text description, or picked from a library, then attached to a character once and reused across every workflow.
