# Notion adds open-weight model Kimi K2.6 to its AI assistant

Notion says the model matches its existing closed models at tool use and handling loosely specified tasks.

[Notion](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/notion>) has added Kimi K2.6, an open-weight model, to its AI assistant. Notion describes it as strong at tool use and able to carry out tasks that are detailed or loosely specified, putting it on par with the closed models already available in the workspace.
