Meta has launched [Muse]() for Small Business, a version of the agent aimed at owners who are short on hours. [Meta's announcement]() says a user can give Muse a goal, such as running the business or finding new customers, and it works on it. Nothing publishes, sends or spends without approval. Connectors can be added in a few clicks. The ones named include Asana, Box, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, Granola, HighLevel, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Lovable, Notion, Shopify, Slack, Stripe and Zoom. Muse can also connect to Facebook Pages, Instagram professional account analytics and Meta ad accounts, and starts out already understanding the business: what it sells, how the brand sounds and what customers keep asking about. - The full connector list is in the Muse app settings, with more to come. - Custom connectors let users plug in services Meta does not support yet. - Partners who want to be listed can apply at muse.ai/platform. - Muse can proactively flag emails that need a response and write first drafts, and an Ideas tab suggests further uses.
