# Motion 13.4.6

The 13.4.6 patch stops AnimatePresence in "wait" mode from losing new children when an exit finishes during a React transition.

Motion 13.4.6 fixes a bug where AnimatePresence with mode="wait" could drop new children. It happened when the exit animation completed during a React transition. The patch for [Motion Studio](<https://creatorstoolbox.com/tools/motion-studio>) was [published on 29 September 2026](<https://motion.dev/changelog?lib=motion#13-4-6>).
