# Motion 13.4.4

The 13.4.4 patch cuts scroll code size by up to 44%, speeds up scroll callbacks by 50% and fixes drag, spring and AnimatePresence bugs.

Motion 13.4.4 shrinks the scroll code and speeds up scroll callbacks. This patch is to the Motion library itself, and the [changelog entry](<https://motion.dev/changelog?lib=motion#13-4-4>) lists size changes, one removal and four fixes.

## Size and speed

- scroll is 44% smaller.

- useScroll is 33% smaller.

- Scroll callbacks are 50% faster.

## Removed

ScrollTimeline support for JS callbacks is gone. The changelog says benchmarks showed no improvement over scrollInfo.

## Fixes

- useDragControls: snapToCursor no longer drifts from its origin on repeated calls.

- drag: pointerend timing is improved.

- spring: invalid spring values are now checked before they are applied.

- AnimatePresence: children no longer stick during reentry.
